Bellevue Family Dentistry has been proudly serving the Bellevue and Green Bay area for more than 40 years. We are an established, locally owned private dental practice with deep roots in our community—and we’re excited about where we’re going next!
As a private practice, we can focus on what matters most: our patients, our team, and excellent dental care. We know our patients, we know our team, and we have the flexibility to make decisions based on what is best for the people we care for.

Dental Assistant — Our “Many Hands” Kind of Person! 💙

Our Dental Assistants are truly many hands behind the scenes and an important part of everything we do at Bellevue Family Dentistry. Every day is a little different, and that’s what makes it fun!
You’ll have the opportunity to:
🦷 Assist our doctors with dental procedures and surgeries
🧰 Set up and prepare operatories for patient care
✨ Work in sterilization and help keep our clinical areas running smoothly
👑 Make temporary crowns
💻 Scan patients for crowns, mouth guards, and other dental needs
📸 Take dental X-rays
🤝 Work closely with our doctors and the entire dental team
💙 Help create a comfortable, positive experience for our patients
And you won’t be doing it alone!
You’ll work alongside three amazing doctors who truly value their assistants and make them an important part of the team. We believe our assistants bring much more to the practice than simply assisting the doctor—they’re essential tod providing great patient care.

What We Offer
Competitive Hourly Pay – Based on experience and qualifications
Medical Insurance – Employer contribution toward medical coverage for individuals or families
Supplemental Insurance – Optional Aflac plans with employer contributions
Dental Benefits – Coverage available for employees and their families
Paid Holidays – 6 paid holidays each year
Paid Time Off – Accrue PTO at 4 hours for every 150 hours worked
Paid Vacation – Earn 1–3 weeks of paid vacation annually based on length of service
Uniforms Provided – Business casual attire or branded apparel provided as needed
Work-Life Balance – Daytime hours with no nights or weekends
Benefits Eligibility – Benefits begin at 30 hours per week
Monthly Office Incentive Plan – Earn extra money each month, adding a few additional dollars to your hourly earnings!
